Just visit an EarthRemit store once，Complete authentication。
Store opening hours: from Monday to Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday 10:00am – 5:00pm，Closed on Sundays and public holidays
You can go to "Latest Exchange Rate" to view the latest exchange rate。
We usually meet at 12 noon:00Update exchange rate，But as market prices change，We may also make corresponding adjustments at other times。
Verification issues
Documents required for personal remittance：
(Remittance regardless of the amount，The following information must be provided)
Identity documents：
1) Remitter’s identity document
2) Proof of remitter’s address(*3within months)
3) Payee’s identity document
4) Proof of address of payee(*3within months)
Proof of address document：(Must be your residential address)
1) Utility and gas bills、tax bill、Bank Tsukiyuki、Credit card monthly statement。(Available to Chinese users：Credit card monthly statement、residence permit、Driving license etc.。)
2) Invoices issued within 3 months。
3) User name must be clearly displayed、address、Issue date and issuing organization。

1) Company registration certificate
2) Business Registration Certificate
3) annual return(NAR1)、註冊成立表格(NC1)、職權證書(6個月內發出)
4) 所有董事的身份證明文件及地址證明
5) 收款人身份證明文件
6) 收款人住址證明(*3個月內)
當提交完所需文件後，客戶必需親身到EarthRemit店舖進行身份認證。完成後即可進行匯款。

汇款问题
匯款滿港幣5萬或以上即可免手續費。
港幣5萬以下收取HK$50元手續費。
現時只接受人民幣匯款。
請到EarthRemit店舖以現金支付款項。

開戶後，我們將為您開設電子錢包，您可以將資金預先充值到電子錢包系統中。當需要匯款時，使用錢包的可用餘額來付款。這種方法較為方便快捷。
我們暫時只接受現金支付。

收到港幣現金後，盡快完成匯款訂單，一般情況會在當天完成。
*如當天訂單未完成，客戶可選擇取回現金或留作第二日繼續匯款。

我們會將您的資金存進您的錢包。您可以再次使用該資金進行匯款或到EarthRemit店舖取回相關資金。
钱包余额提款需收取 HK$200 手续费。
注意：*奖励金额的结余不能退回，只限于汇款用途。
